You don't raise heroes, you raise sons.
And if you treat them like sons, they'll turn out to be heroes, even if it's just in your own eyes.

6 weeks, 4 days Ultrasound

We had our first ultrasound today. It was amazing to see the baby's heart beating away.

The Nurse scared Raul when she started setting up for the ultrasound. She said, "Let's see if there is one or two babies in there." I think Raul's eyes nearly popped out of his head. At least twins don't run in either of our families.

The Pregnancy Test

On Monday, March 3, 2008 we received our positive pregnancy test. It's amazing how one small little word can change your whole life and all the plans you had laid out for the year. Not that I would change the results for the world. I'm excited and can't wait to meet this little one.
